Getting to know me
When life starts to feel difficult, whether it’s stress at work, distance in your relationship, changes in your body, or questions about identity, it can be hard to make sense of what you’re feeling. Many people try to handle things on their own until it becomes too much. That’s often when therapy begins to help. In our sessions, we take things step by step. We explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape how you cope and connect with others. For some, this means understanding why anxiety keeps returning; for others, it’s about feeling more comfortable in their intimate life, communicating openly, or navigating identity with confidence. I also support people who want to build focus, resilience, and performance, learning how the mind and body respond to stress and using practical strategies to recover faster and feel steadier, both at work and in relationships. Over time, clients often notice they feel clearer in decisions, calmer in their bodies, and more connected to themselves and the people they care about. Outside therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, long walks, and good food, small things that keep me balanced and curious, qualities I bring into every session.
If any of this sounds like you, I can help
“I struggle to focus, organize my daily tasks, or finish projects without getting distracted.”
“I feel like I am running on a motor, and cannot rest or focus when required.”
“My mind won't turn off, and I constantly worry about worst-case scenarios.”
“I always feel on edge and nervous, like something bad is going to happen.”
