About Me

Welcome! If you’re seeking help for intimacy or sexual well-being, know that it’s completely okay to ask for support, even when the topic feels personal or uncomfortable. Many people come to therapy unsure of where to start; that’s exactly what this space is for. I work with individuals and couples experiencing challenges around desire, intimacy, communication, and sexual identity. In our sessions, we take things at your pace, understanding what’s been happening, exploring emotions and patterns, and finding practical ways to rebuild connection and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more at ease in your body and relationships. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about feeling seen, understood, and supported as you create a more fulfilling sexual and emotional life. Outside of therapy, I find joy in slow mornings, good conversations, and long walks that help me reset and recharge for the day ahead.

She was very patient, understanding and supportive. Her suggestions were also good. The only thing I feel could improve would the experience of Online Consultation. Also, since the doctor wasn't sharing her camera, It made me feel a little under confident on who I am talking to and felt a little impersonal to begin with. But, I would also like to appreciate the way she communicated, it helped with nullifying these issues as the c

Dr was good and asking good questions to understand the problem causes but I was hesitant to answer few as I didn't feel safe in my house to answer few of the questions, when partner is present in another room. If possible to schedule next appointment in a safe space where I can share my concern openly.
