About Me
Sometimes, you can look like you’re doing perfectly fine while feeling completely overwhelmed on the inside. You may be overthinking, struggling to understand your emotions, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, or simply wondering why things don’t feel the way they used to.
Therapy can be a place to pause and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Rather than having all the answers handed to you, we work together to make sense of your experiences, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways of responding to life that feel healthier and more manageable.
As a mental health therapist with a background in clinical psychology and experience working with adolescents, and adults, I value an approach that is warm, practical, and individualised. I understand that seeking therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re not quite sure what you need help with. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
My aim is not simply for you to feel better for a moment, but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build emotional resilience, strengthen your relationships, and feel more confident in handling the challenges that come your way.
I believe therapy is ultimately about helping you reconnect with yourself — your emotions, your strengths, your needs, and the life you want to build.
Beyond therapy, I enjoy the simple things that keep me grounded — good conversations, music, films, exploring new places, and spending time with the people who matter to me. I’m a firm believer that the little things we enjoy and the connections we build can make a meaningful difference to our well-being.
