In our sessions, we gently explore what’s behind your experiences, your emotions, expectations, and past patterns, so you can understand yourself better and feel more at ease in your intimate life. Over time, clients often notice a deeper connection with their bodies, clearer communication with partners, and a growing sense of self-trust. My hope is to help you feel comfortable with your desires, confident in your relationships, and grounded in who you are - one step at a time. Outside of sessions, I enjoy reading, exploring new cafés, and finding quiet moments that help me recharge and return to therapy with presence and clarity.
