Delete Your Allo Health Account

You can request deletion of your Allo Health app account and associated personal data without signing in or reinstalling the app.

Request account deletion

Email us at care@allohealth.care from an address you can access and include the phone number or email address associated with your Allo Health account. Use the subject “Account deletion request.”

Do not send prescriptions, medical reports, or other sensitive medical information by email. We will contact you if more information is needed to verify your identity.

Verification and processing time

To protect your information, Allo Health will verify that you are the account holder before processing the request. Verified requests will be processed within thirty (30) days.

Data deleted with your account

Subject to verification and applicable retention requirements, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with operating your app account, including:

  • Allo Health app account, login, and authentication information
  • App profile information that is not subject to a retention requirement
  • Marketing and communication preferences
  • App-based access to bookings, consultations, chat, and other account-linked features
  • Other personal data used solely to operate the app account

Records that may be retained

Healthcare providers may be required to retain certain records for healthcare, legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or legal-claims purposes. These records may include:

  • Clinical and consultation records
  • Prescriptions and diagnostic records
  • Invoices, payment records, and related transaction information
  • Records required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Retained information will be limited to what is necessary, remain protected, and not be used for marketing. It will be deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention obligation ends.

Active services and care plans

If you have an active care plan, subscription, appointment, or diagnostic service, contact us so we can explain any cancellation steps that apply before deleting your account.
