It sounds like you’re dealing with erectile dysfunction (ED) and experiencing some concerning symptoms. It’s important to remember that you’re not alone, and seeking medical advice is a crucial step toward finding a solution.

Several factors can contribute to ED in your 20’s, including psychological issues like stress or anxiety, as well as physical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or hormonal imbalances. Your history of frequent masturbation may also play a role.

The pain and burning sensation you’re feeling, along with the thick liquid discharge, could indicate inflammation or infection of the urethra, which is the tube that carries urine and semen out of the body. This condition, known as urethritis, can be caused by infections like sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or other irritants.

To address your concerns, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional – they can perform a thorough examination, including a physical assessment and possibly some diagnostic tests to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. Treatment options may include medication, lifestyle changes, or therapy, depending on the diagnosis.

In the meantime, try to reduce stress and avoid activities that exacerbate your symptoms. Practise good hygiene and consider using protection during sexual activity to prevent potential infections. Remember, seeking help is the first step toward finding relief and improving your quality of life.

Keep in mind, confronting erectile dysfunction is a step towards restoring your sexual vitality. Seek guidance from a healthcare provider who can offer customised solutions and advice on lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise, to support your journey towards improved sexual health.
