So you are a fertility expert, an andrologist, and a sexual medicine expert. And I think the perfect person to talk about this. So we always hear lot about premature ejaculation a lot. It's very- it's becoming more commonly talked about, and it's part of pop culture and all that. What we have today is something What is Delayed Ejaculation? called delayed ejaculation. And I'm sure that's something you definitely come across in your work with patients and clients, right? Yes. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common complaints that we come across actually in our clinic. But frankly speaking, about out of 100, 80% of them come with PME Problems (Premature Ejaculation). But the most neglected part in sexual wellness, actually, if you ask me, is delayed ejaculation. Okay. Because usually guys are very happy if they are able to last longer, but.. Yeah, there's so much emphasis on trying to last longer, but they get to realize the problem only when they last longer than what they need. Right. So that is something which we will have to probably throw some light upon. Yeah. Just starting from there, and you said it's medically, and in sexual medicine one of the most neglected concerns. Yes.
