Viewer’s QnA from the podcast

Q: I'm 25 years old. My husband and I have sex regularly. I get wet and there are a lot of bodily fluids that come out. But how do I know if I've orgasmed?
The lubrication is, basically a natural body, a, you know, reflexive reaction to when you're sexually aroused, but an orgasm, you know, when you're experiencing it, when you reach that heightened peak of pleasure. And also when you experience it's like your muscles around the pelvic area specifically feel like they're contracting repetitively. So that's one way you know, you've achieved an orgasm. Right? And I mean, this could be a case where they maybe have not achieved an orgasm yet. Do you think that? Not yet, of course. Which is why you either, you know, focus on different ways of sexually stimulating yourself or you know just enjoy the different ways of pleasure and not necessarily wait for an orgasm.
Q: Do all girls have to have multiple orgasms?
Absolutely not. Although I'm sure that would be a very ideal situation, but definitely not. Like I said, you know, it's dependent on the maybe how sexually aroused you are- the kind of sexual stimulation you have. So multiple factors, but definitely not a necessity.
Q: If I've never had an orgasm, is something wrong with me? How do I find out?
Not necessarily. I don't think I could say something's wrong or something's off, but, you know, like I said, maybe focus on different ways of sexually stimulating yourself, the clitoris with penetration or just penetration or just clitoral stimulation, focus on sexually stimulating other areas of your body. But despite all of this, if you think you know, you've tried everything, it's still not working. Then just consult with a therapist or a doctor.

Any one guess- on YouTube? It's related to sexual health and pleasure. Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was something to do with either male orgasms, female orgasms, or just something to do with sex life and how that should be good. Something around that? Yeah.
